With our spacious gym area and a wide range of fitness classes ranging from relaxing yoga to high-intensity spin, we have the facilities to cater for your fitness needs. Our tranquil sauna/steam room also serves as a place to unwind and de-stress after your workout.

Our partnerships with the Sheffield Steelers (Ice Hockey) and the Rotherham Titans (Rugby Union) highlight the excellent standard that Sam Jones can provide for Sheffield’s elite athletes.
